we will meet you at your “under contract” property to provide insights followed by a detailed estimate to make an educated decision. we are creative, educated, strategic, and considerate, bringing an established crew with years of experience in construction, building science, social science, and real estate investing.

one of our co-founders has post-PhD training (hence our name ;)  in social equity and urban planning from UCLA, researching the impact of housing quality and neighborhoods all over the country.
